The Downtown Architectural District Review Board members meet on the fourth Thursday of each quarter. Those months are April, July, and October. Per the ordinance, they can also meet with property owners "as needed" in the event a project cannot wait until the upcoming scheduled meeting. Meetings are conducted at City Hall at 4:00 PM.
